TheLeaveBehind provides professional sell sheet creation services, including strategy consultation, copywriting, design, and delivery of final materials (“Deliverables”). Our standard package includes specific features and deliverables as outlined on our website.

3. Payment Terms

• Prices are as stated on our website unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• A deposit of $500 is required upon delivery of copy.
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• We accept payment via credit card and ACH transfer only.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, you receive ownership rights to the final Deliverables created specifically for you.
• We retain ownership of all preliminary drafts, concepts, and unused designs.
• We reserve the right to use the Deliverables in our portfolio unless explicitly prohibited by a signed non-disclosure agreement.
• All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, remains our exclusive property.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion.
• You are responsible for reviewing and providing feedback within agreed-upon timeframes.
• You warrant that any content you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all claims made about your products or services in the Deliverables.

6. Revision Policy

• Our standard package includes two rounds of revisions.
• Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.
• Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the initial draft.

7. Confidentiality

We will execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement upon request before beginning work.

8. Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We provide the Service “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
• Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aquoria LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination
